Resep Kepiting Lada Hitam

Resep Kepiting Lada Hitam



Bahan:
  • 3 ekor (1 1/2 kg) kepiting, cuci bersih, belah 2
  • 4 sdm air jeruk nipis
  • Minyak untuk menggoreng
Saus:
  • 2 sdm minyak untuk menumis
  • 6 siung bawang putih, memarkan
  • 3 cm jahe, memarkan
  • 2 sdm saus tiram
  • 4 sdm kecap asin
  • 1 sdm kecap manis
  • 4 sdt merica hitam butiran, tumbuk kasar
  • 100 ml air
  • 100 g bawang bombay, iris tipis memanjang
  • 1 sdt tepung maizena, larutkan dengan 30 ml air

Cara Membuat:
  • Lumuri kepiting dengan air jeruk nipis, sisihkan selama 15 menit.
  • Goreng kepiting dalam minyak panas sesaat, hanya hingga berubah warna, angkat. Tiriskan.
  • Saus: Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum, masukkan saus tiram, kecap asin, kecap manis, merica hitam, dan garam, aduk rata. Tambahkan air, didihkan.
  • Masukkan kepiting, masak hingga daging kepiting matang dan saus meresap.
  • Tambahkan bawang bombay, larutan tepung maizena, masak hingga bawang bombay layu. Angkat.
  • Sajikan panas.
